Every Human being has biological clocks that tell us when to eat, sleep and wake up time. If you don’t follow the body biological clock, the organs will lose their balance. Toxins and wastes cannot be excreted from our body systems and our body will not be healthy. Different parts of organs have different timing for their working time.

0500 -0700

Big intestine detox time. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into warm water and drink during this time, it would aid in the movement of the big intestine and prevent constipation problems and at the same time absorb vitamin C in our body.

0700-1100

Stomachs and spleen working time. Eating breakfast will aid in better absorption in our body. Best to eat fruit and vegetables during the time. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

1100- 1700

During 1100-1700, majority of people are still working. Brain is most active during this time. Best to do meditation for 10 min. Mediation will reduce tiredness in the body, give more oxygen to body and body will become more alert.

1700- 2100

1700-2100 is detox time for kidney and circulation meridians points. Shower with hot then cold water. Three min of hot water followed by 30 seconds of cold water. It helps to increase blood circulation and speed up metabolism. Soak in bathtub for about 20 min (water temperature should be between 39 to 43 degree). If your house does not have bathtub, footbath is another alternative natural therapy method to achieve good health. Performing foot bath can helps to reduce fatigue, insomnia and enhance your health if you perform it with some simple acupressure.

2100- 2300

Get prepared to sleep. Best time to do mediation before go to sleep. Cleanse away all the thoughts and perform deep breathing exercise for better sleep.

2300- 0300

Gall bladder and liver detox time. It is peak time for liver to detox. Our body should be asleep at this time. Our immune and self healing systems will function at its bests. It time for liver to eliminate toxins and wastes from our body.

0300- 0500

Lungs start to detox. Stay late or any late night activities should not exceed this time.

  • Sit down, close your eyes and direct your attention to your breathing

  • Be aware of every breathing in and breathing out

  • 448 breathing exercise - Breath in 4 counts, hold the breath for 4 counts, breath out 8 counts. Observe how the air slowly goes in through your nose, fills up your lungs, and goes out again. When breathe in, the stomach will expand out and imagine your stomach is like a balloon that is fill with air. Hold the breathe is for oxygen to travel to every part of our body. Breath out take longer time is because we need to expel all the toxin and carbon dioxide out from our body.

  • Now you are ready to start the visualization

  • With every breath, you start to feel the positive energy into your lungs

  • When you breathe out, imagine all negative feeling and thoughts escape from your body together with the air you breathe out.

  • When you are totally relaxed, choose a image, a situation, or an environment that means rest, peace, and calmness for you. Imagine yourself in the waterfall, or walking along the beach, or walking in the forest etc.

  • Walk around ( in your imagination) and enjoy every moment in your favourite surroundings.

  • Try to involve all your senses. Smell, taste, look, and feel that you are really in your imagination.

  • Focus on this image and hold it in your mind as firmly as possible

  • Enjoy this image in all its details and pay attention to all the emotions that accompany it.

  • Feel the tingling in your body, feel your muscles relaxing, and notice your body reacting directly to everything that you created in your mind.

  • Continue this visualization for as long as you like

  • Any time you are ready to stop, take your attention back to the rest of your body and become aware of yourself in the room.

  • Open your eyes

  • You are done.

      Most Meditation falls into 2 categories:

      Concentrative meditation- meaning to focus on a single image, sound, or your own breathing. This is used to still mind and allow greater awareness and clarity of mind to emerge

      Mindful mediation- these methods do not focus on a single purpose. You are aware of all thoughts, feeling, sounds, or images that pass through your mind. Help to be aware of situations and thoughts rather than to react to them, thus allowing you to deal with them in the best way.

      • Be aware and conscious of what is travelling in your mind

      One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food.. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.
      The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.
      Regimen:

      1. For the first five days, take four glasses of green apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
      2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
      3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
      4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
      5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
      PS. 1cup=250ml, 1/2 cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)

      colon cancer cells into mice that were bred to have no immune system.Half of these mice were routinely fed gingerol, the main active component in ginger. The researchers found that the mice that were fed gingerol lived longer, their tumors were smaller, and the cancer did not spread as widely as in the control group.With all these health benefits, you should be using ginger as often as you can.

      The best way I've found to get a healthy serving of ginger is
      to juice it.Two or three days a week, I juice an apple or two, some carrots, spinach, broccoli,cabbage, and a big piece of ginger root.
