Body Biological Clock
Every Human being has biological clocks that tell us when to eat, sleep and wake up time. If you don’t follow the body biological clock, the organs will lose their balance. Toxins and wastes cannot be excreted from our body systems and our body will not be healthy. Different parts of organs have different timing for their working time.
0500 -0700
Big intestine detox time. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into warm water and drink during this time, it would aid in the movement of the big intestine and prevent constipation problems and at the same time absorb vitamin C in our body.
0700-1100
Stomachs and spleen working time. Eating breakfast will aid in better absorption in our body. Best to eat fruit and vegetables during the time. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
1100- 1700
During 1100-1700, majority of people are still working. Brain is most active during this time. Best to do meditation for 10 min. Mediation will reduce tiredness in the body, give more oxygen to body and body will become more alert.
1700- 2100
1700-2100 is detox time for kidney and circulation meridians points. Shower with hot then cold water. Three min of hot water followed by 30 seconds of cold water. It helps to increase blood circulation and speed up metabolism. Soak in bathtub for about 20 min (water temperature should be between 39 to 43 degree). If your house does not have bathtub, footbath is another alternative natural therapy method to achieve good health. Performing foot bath can helps to reduce fatigue, insomnia and enhance your health if you perform it with some simple acupressure.
2100- 2300
Get prepared to sleep. Best time to do mediation before go to sleep. Cleanse away all the thoughts and perform deep breathing exercise for better sleep.
2300- 0300
Gall bladder and liver detox time. It is peak time for liver to detox. Our body should be asleep at this time. Our immune and self healing systems will function at its bests. It time for liver to eliminate toxins and wastes from our body.
0300- 0500
Lungs start to detox. Stay late or any late night activities should not exceed this time.
